The Typical 3 Day Format
Day One
9:00 - 10:00 Lecture on forehand and backhand
10:00 - 11:30 On-court instruction
11:30 - 1:00 Break for lunch
1:15 - 1:30 Stretch
1:30 - 4:30 On-court instruction 6:30 Wine and Cheese Reception
and instructional introduction by Vic
Day Two
9:00 - 10:00 Lecture on serve and service return
10:00 - 11:30 On-court instruction
1:15 - 1:30 Break for lunch
1:15 - 1:30 Stretch
1:30 - 4:30 On-court instruction
Day Three
9:00 - 10:00 Lecture on all strokes and introduction to strategy
10:00 - 11:30 On-court instruction
1:15 - 1:30 Break for lunch
