The Snowmass Club
Snowmass Village, Colorado
Snowmass Club combines exquisite amenities including championship
golf, tennis, athletic club, restaurants and four star service, along with
the best location for enjoying all that Snowmass-Aspen has to offer. Founded
in 1968, Snowmass Club has long been considered the heart and soul of life
in the Snowmass Village. Year-round residents, second homeowners and now,
owners of the private residence club alike have joined to create a unique
and enduring culture found nowhere else in the world.
The views will astonish you. Or, try out your serve on one
of our 11 outdoor tennis courts, 2 of which are Har Tru clay courts as are
our 2 indoor Har Tru courts that allow play rain or shine.
Tennis Facilities
Our 11 outdoor courts, including two Har Tru clay courts,
are surrounded by breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and are open
to the public. Our two indoor Har Tru clay courts, equipped with state-of-the-art
lighting, are reserved for members and guests staying staying in Snowmass
Club Villa Rentals and can accommodate play no matter what the weather.
Tennis Rates
Guests staying in the Snowmass Club Villas and members may
book up to 7 days prior to arrival. For indoor court reservations, call the
Athletic Desk at 970-923-5200. To make reservations for outdoor courts, call
the Tennis Pro Shop at 970-923-0818. A fee will be charged for cancellations
received less than 2 hours before scheduled play. Game arrangement is available
(24 hours notice requested).
Lessons / Programs
Our tennis instructors, are U.S.P.T.A.-certified career pros
and can provide private, semi-private, tri-private and group lessons by the
hour and half-hour. Appointments are made through the Athletic Club at 970-923-5200
in the winter or the Tennis Shop at 970-923-0818 in the summer. Participate
in our regularly scheduled tennis programs offered almost every day of the
week, although program menus, times and dates may vary with the season. To
participate in our Men's, Women's, Doubles' and Stroke of the Day programs.
Tennis Pro Shop
Our full-service Tennis Pro Shop offers racquet and demo
rentals, ball machine rental, full racquet repair and the finest names in
tennis retail, including Prince, Wilson, Lilly, LGH, Bolle and Nike. Gift
certificates are available.
