Sea Colony offers a huge range of accommodations. On the
ocean side of Sea Colony, we have 1 to 3 bedroom condo's overlooking the
ocean. On the tennis side, we have 1 to 4 bedroom condo's, villas and homes
with locations throughout our beautiful community.
Each unit is actually someone's home or second home. They
are individually owned. They are proudly and uniquely furnished.
Sea Colony's tournament caliber Tennis facilities include
34 tennis courts (4 indoor & 12 Har-Tru), 25 top-notch teaching professionals
and a variety of programs, clinics and lessons for tennis players of all
levels!
Sea Colony guests have exclusive access to the resort community's
half-mile of private guarded beach, 12 pools (two indoor), fitness and aquatics
center, hiking and biking trails and lakes, plus the area's only concierge
service (available exclusively to ResortQuest's guests). We even have in
season programs aimed at our younger visitors.
Tennis Clinics including:
Instruction in accordance with the clinic(s) you select,
provided by Dave Marshall Associates.
Matchmaking - Dave Marshall's staff will work to find you
match play with other compatible players.
Accommodations at Sea Colony (optional) provided by ResortQuest.
The Sea Colony Recreation Badges which are purchased as part of this package
also entitle you to:
No additional fee to use any of Sea Colony's 34 Tennis Courts
during your stay.
You may reserve one court for one hour for each day for each
Sea Colony unit.
You may use the two outdoor practice courts without reservations,
if they are not in use. The practice courts must be surrendered on the half-hour
if someone is waiting.
You may use any courts which had been reserved, if the players
have not shown up by 10 minutes after the hour.
Unlimited use of Sea Colony's private beach, pools and fitness
facilities.
