Julie Halard-Decugis (born September 10, 1970, Versailles) was a
professional female tennis player from France. In February 2000 she reached
her career-high singles ranking: World No. 7.
In her career she has on 12 singles titles and 15 titles
in doubles, including one Grand Slam title: 2000 U.S. Open (partnering Japanese
Ai Sugiyama).
