CuisinArt opened in December 1999 on Rendezvous Bay on Anguilla in the British West Indies. It has 93 suites, villas, and penthouses and as the name suggests incorporates a demonstration kitchen and cooking school. Some of the ingredients for its three restaurants are grown in its own hydroponic farm. In addition, the resort has a spa, fitness center, watersports center, three hard tennis courts, a croquet field and a bocci court.

Recreation

The resort includes three lighted artificial grass-and-sand tennis courts, a championship croquet lawn, a basketball hoop, and two artificial-grass bocce courts. A jogging path equipped with exercise stations winds through the grounds. A fitness trainer leads complimentary daily activities such as beach power walks, "millennium stretching," and aquatic kickboxing, as well as conducting yoga and introductory Pilates classes in a weathered-wood thatch-roof pavilion. Use of snorkeling gear, kayaks, windsurfers, and Sunfish and Hobie Cat sailboats is complimentary.
